Returns and Refunds

How do I cancel my order?
Please send an email to orders@a4ucloset.com before item is sent for delivery (otherwise it will be treated as a return). You will not incur any charges if this is done before delivery.

How do I return an item to you?
Refunds and returns are only accepted if we are notified within 48hrs of receiving your item. You can request a return via your account. Click on the order and scroll to the bottom of the screen to the ‘Merchandise Return’ section. Tick the tick box on the side of all the items list above in the order, enter a reason for the return in the comment box and click ‘Make an RMA Slip’. We will contact you to process the return. Alternatively, you can send an email to orders@a4ucloset.com quoting your order number & the name of the missing item and we will get back to you.

I returned my order, how long will my refund take?
Refunds are processed within 24-48 hours after item is received by us, and quality check undertaken.

How will I get the money back for the return?
Once you return has been approved, we will request your account number to deposit the refund. This also applies to cash payment.

What do I do if there is a problem with my return?
Send an email to orders@a4ucloset.com stating the problem & quoting your return number and we will get back to you.

Will my postage be refunded if I return my whole order as unsuitable?
Postage will only be refunded in instance where you have received an incorrect order.

 Do I have to pay the postage for returns?
We can arrange the return with our courier on your behalf but the cost of returning an item is your responsibility except where a mistake has been made by us or you have received a faulty item.
